How to Create a Club Membership in SimpliTrain

SimpliTrain provides the option to create club memberships for learners, which can be used for enrollments, course assignments, and career development paths. Before creating a membership, ensure that a club is already set up for your center.

Steps to Create a Club Membership

1. Navigate to the “Create Club Membership” Page
   a. From the main menu, select the “Create Club Membership”
   b. You will be redirected to the Create Club Membership page.
2. Select the Learner

In the Basic Information (1) section, click on the Student Selection (2)

A popup window will appear. Search for and select the learner for whom you want to create the membership.

3. Choose the Club
   1. Click on the Club Selection (3) button to open the club selection popup.
   2. Select a valid club from the list associated with your center.
4. Set Membership Dates
   1. Specify the Start Date and Expiry Date for the club membership.
   2. Optionally, set a Target Completion Date for career development paths associated with the membership.
5. Select Payment Method (4)
   1. Choose the appropriate payment method from the dropdown list.
6. Save the Membership
   1. Click the Save button to finalize the creation of the club membership.
