We offer a Flat Price Model, i.e. a fixed fee for unlimited learners and access to all features.

The flat price model is a fixed annual or monthly fee that allows organizations to have unlimited users and access all the features of SimpliTrain without worrying about the number of learners. This model provides predictable costs and is ideal for organizations scaling their training programs.

The flat price model is preferred by many organizations because:

• Scalability: There’s no need to calculate costs as your training program grows. You can add as many learners as you need without impacting the price.
• Budgeting: Fixed costs make budgeting easier and help avoid unexpected expenses.
• Flexibility: It allows organizations to run multiple programs, onboard new learners, and expand without constantly adjusting their pricing.
• Administrative ease: No need to monitor the number of learners or adjust billing; a flat fee keeps things simple.

The per learner model may be better suited for organizations with smaller training needs, limited budgets, or those who want to pay based on actual usage rather than a fixed fee. This option can be cost-effective if you have a smaller number of active learners or intermittent training cycles.
